If you have never been to Bruges, we suggest you do so now! Well, at least sometime soon. We are of the opinion that everyone should visit it at least once in their lifetime to get a taste of perhaps the preserved medieval city in Europe. In the beauty stakes, it is second to none.

We are also of the opinion that any stay here should be somewhere that reflects the charm of Bruges and not some soulless place. It will add to the enjoyment of a stay here. So, if you are looking for a cosy, simple, intimate base from which to explore the city we strongly suggest the Charm n Bruges.

The name says it all, really, a charming two room bed and breakfast in the historic centre of Bruges. In fact, the Charm n Bruges is a collection of 17^th and 18^th century houses that almost constitute a small village in itself. Both of the rooms available overlook the well kept garden (in fact Jean and Micky, the singularly welcoming hosts, are keen gardeners – and it shows).

Within 15 minutes (walking) you can be strolling the medieval streets of Bruges, yet the Charm n Bruges offers total peace and quiet, especially as it is situated opposite the English Convent.

Simplicity is a keyword of this Bruges bed and breakfast. Nice large rooms full of interesting artifacts and books which evidence the well travelled history of Jean and Micky. Simple, but tasteful and utterly comfortable, plus it even has a sailing boat you can even use on the canals.

If you require that cosy, home from home feel where you are welcomed as a friend, then the Charm n Bruges is an excellent option. And with only two rooms we can guarantee it never gets crowded.
