Welcome to the charming, but still chic, Histoires de Bastide bed & breakfast.

Located in the medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, close to the famous village of Saint Paul de Vence, and 20 a minute drive from Nice Cote d'Azur airport and near Grasse, Cannes or Monaco, the operative word(s) describing the Histoires de Bastide is elegant ambiance.

This old stone-built house is simply a charming proposition where you take a delicious breakfast under the wisteria, in summer, or in front of the chimney, in winter.

Indeed, Sandrine prepares a gorgeous breakfast with home-made marmalade, fresh orange juice, nice pieces of cakes and white cheese with maple syrup, and she cooks a lot of nice sweets different every morning.

But it’s not just about the food of course. There’s a swimming pool set in verdant gardens, hammam and massage. Rooms, all five of them, are also stylishly furnished and offer vistas of the olive trees.

This is a place to enjoy moments of Southern French peace, yet it is just some 15 km from the coast, the chic French Riviera is within easy reach. Nice airport is also only half an hour away.

Please note: one of the accommodations of the Histoires de Bastide, the Lodge (Marius - See rooms) is actually located some 1.5 km from the main building itself in the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup. Though it is a lovely place complete with a large terrace where you can take breakfast (a breakfast hamper is provided for you) whilst enjoying great sea views, users of this accommodation can not utilise the swimming pool in the main house.

Californian massage:
it’s especially harmonious and soothing. Thanks to slow and liberal movements, the mental tension gives way to let go what gives meaning to relaxation and well being.

Swedish massage:
Thanks to a detail and a deep practice, this well being massage is recommended to sportmen in order to relieve muscle tension and favour a quick recovery.

Only natural essential oils are used during services.
