Surrounded by vineyards and green countryside the setting of Chateau Talaud is just lovely. And don’t just take our word for it, there’s a long list of guests who have stayed there. They usual describe the place with superlatives. “I felt just like a Princess”, “Perfect” etc, etc. Conny and Hein Deiters-Kommer are welcoming hosts, so on top of the natural beauty, history (this 18th century estate was owned by the the Marquis Grille L'Estoublen, no less) the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

The Chateau Talaud offers five spacious bedrooms, all tastefully decorated with antiques and modern amenities. Tables, chairs and chaise longues are dotted all over the gardens of the Chateau, whilst an ample breakfast or an aperitif can be enjoyed in the Chateau's gardens or in one of your favourite spots within the Chateau (believe us there will be many of those).

The Chateau's garden, with a view on the monumental bassin and the original gate, as well as the Chateau's cosy dining area, are also perfect places to enjoy an ample breakfast during the long summer. Even the apartment, though more modern, is a lovely place to stay. Well done to Conny and Hein.
