You’ve probably guessed by now that the Flavor of Italy takes its food seriously and no matter what time of the year you are visiting there always seems to be an enticing food or wine event going on. Spring perhaps? Then it must be searching for wild asparagus and edible wild mushrooms. Summer then? Gathering sun dried fruit and vegetables or walnut picking to make nocino liquer. How about Fall?
