Amaranto Romano
Hotel Type: Bed & Breakfast
Environment: City
Number of Rooms: 5
Style: Stylish
We have all sorts of accommodations in Rome to suit most tastes. Some are luxurious, some not so luxurious, some expensive, some are simpler.
Now we have another fine addition to our selection of hotels in the eternal city and it is definitely on the less expensive and unpretentious side, yet it doesn't sacrifice in terms of comforts. Plus it is really well located in the historical heart of the city. Welcome to the Amaranto Romano.
Opened in 2011, it sits on the quiet top floor of a 19th century building (5th floor, there is a lift) no more than 5 minutes away from Termini station and combines a number of the original features with modern design and facilities. Each room comes with a comfortable double bed, private bathroom and parquet flooring. Twin beds are also available upon request.
We said that it was really well located and we meant it. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia or the Coloseum. Basically historic Rome at the doorsteps.
Given what it has to offer comfort wise, that's pretty good going.
