Hurricane
Hotel Type: Hotel
Environment: Seaside (ocean front)
Number of Rooms: 4
Style: Contemporary
The Hurricane hotel is a small and exotic hotel, built in the Moorish style with high arches and palm trees set within beautiful subtropical gardens.
These lead out to an unspoilt beach and arguably some of the best windsurfing in Europe - beginners can even learn the craft at the Huriccane hotel’s own windsurfing school.
The great views afforded over the Straits of Gibraltar to Morocco provide a further bonus – on a clear day from the Hurricane hotel, for example, you can even see the North African coast.
Non-surfers will also find this an excellent location. There is a fully equipped gym, two swimming pools, horses and mountain bikes.
The rooms themselves are comfortable, spacious and maintain the exotic feel with their decoration.
As befits a prime windsurfing location, the atmosphere is laid back so simply staying in is a pleasure in itself.
However, with the beautiful mountains of Cadiz nearby, in addition to the great beach, the visitor should never be at a loss for things to do.
