A few words... New, Modern, Stylish, Minimal. They sum up the El Encanto de Avilés apartment nicely. New in the sense that it has only recently opened it's doors to the public. Modern in that it really has a vanguard design, look and feel. Stylish because it is all put together really well with taste and refinement (just look at the photos to see what we mean).
We're not sure the word locational exists but you could add it here as well. The “locational”, as it were, of the el Encanto de Avilés is right in the heart of the historical, and pedestrianised, centre of Avilés, only a stone's throw away, from most of Avilés must see spots (and there quite a few to see – we list some in the hotel board section).
Whatever the words, the end result more than meets the owners goal "We wanted to create a new concept of modern urban tourist accommodation, minimalist, full-equipped, high quality, where you will be able to enjoy a wide array of sensations that will make a pleasure out of your stay”
