The house, with its Swiss Chalet like feel, exudes quality and the visitor will surely notice that everything runs like clockwork here; so the views of the surrounding countryside and Sierra de Gredos are an added bonus. The interior is notable for its fine decor and furnishings.
The resting quarters are all individualised and decorated according to themes. Hence, we have the bedrooms such as “La Inglesa” with its English country house décor, “Shakespeare in Love” video and Oliver Twist book, the “Japonesa” complete with futon and tatami, “La Arabe” with its one thousand and one nights ambience as well as a video of Lawrence of Arabia. The Nordic room has its own sauna.
So, take your pick! An interesting side note is that the Milano Real comes with its own telescope, in fact, astronomy courses are given here. Those into fine cuisine can also take gastronomy classes.

Las Navas del Marqués - El Tiemblo - La Adrada
The area of Las Navas del Marqués comes with extensive pine groves and is a frequently-visited summer resort with such notable buildings as the castle, and the Gothic 15th-century parish church.
Situated in the Alberche river valley and very close to the Burguillo reservoir is the historical village of El Tiemblo, with a 16th-century church. On the outskirts is the Toros de Guisando meadow, with its interesting pre-Roman sculptures. In the whole region there are plenty of picturesque mountain villages, situated in the fertile Tiétar valley, where the rural architecture is intact, and there are also places for summer relaxation. One can quote as the most typical examples of these, Mijares, Gavilanes, Piedralaves and Pedro Bernardo.
Arévalo - Madrigal de las Altas Torres
In contrast to the villages scattered on the high mountains, there are robust cities which, like Arévalo, are situated in the lowlands of the province. Intersected by two rivers it preserves old walls and a Mudéjar castle. Of the same style is the Church of San Martín, in the Plaza (square) de la Villa, which is notable for its typical arcades.
Madrigal de las Altas Torres, birthplace of Isabel la Católica, is an historic village with many Mudéjar-style remains. The Real Monasterio (Royal Monastery) de las Agustinas, the Church of San Nicolás and the 15th-century Real Hospital (Royal Hospital) are preserved.
Cathedral
Began in 1107, this impressive temple-fortress takes in a mixture of styles. The museum also has a number of notable works of art.
San Vicente Basilica
Built between the 12th and 14th centuries in styles that range from Romanic to Gothic.
Santa Teresa Convent
Baroque church decorated with images from the sculptor Gregorio Fernandes
Murallas
12th century Walls surrounding the old quarters. Still well preserved and beautiful.
Oriental Art Museum
Fine museum with many items brought back from Asia by the Dominican priests, from the 16th century onwards.
Provincial Arts Museum
Dedicated to popular art and archeology.
