A beautifully located rural house in Ibiza, near Puig den Valls, Ibiza This Ibizan rural house started off life in the 19th century as a dairy farm. Today, the cows might have long disappeared but the original style and character of the place remains intact.

In fact, much has been added since it was transformed into a cute little accommodation. Clever use and combination of soft and bright colours, spacious lounges, patios and gardens all give it a sense of peace and harmony – somewhere to get away from it all, and that’s just in the interior. Outside, two olive trees preside over the main entrance and more than four thousand orange and lemon trees in the orchard surround the lodging.

These are tended using the island's original irrigation system and give the hotel a wonderful fragrance, adding to the unique and relaxing atmosphere. Other plus points include the swimming pool and solarium that fit in comfortably into this rural setting. As for the bedrooms, each has been named after one of the island’s trees, and decorated in the Ibizan rural style.

This means an interior design combining both rustic charms and character, though not at the expense of modern day comforts such as an en-suite bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite television and mini-bar.

Furthermore, Ca n' Arabí is pretty well situated, as the town of Ibiza, the Golf course, beautiful beaches and the harbour are close to hand by car.
