Las Horas Perdidas
Hotel Type: Rural Hotel
Environment: Mountain
Number of Rooms: 1
Style: Rustic
Rising along a spectacular granite massif north of Madrid, the Manzanares River flows in the beautiful Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park (declared an UNESCO nature reserve in 1985).
It’s pretty dramatic stuff and the lovely Las Horas Perdidas is bang in the middle of it all. Now, the name Las Horas Perdidas actually means the “Lost Hours” in Spanish. We don’t know the exact reason for such a title, but it could easily have to do with the fact that it is simply so easy to lose and immerse yourself in such dramatic landscapes.
The enclave is really special and any house built here could not detract anything from these exceptional landscapes. Thankfully, this is the case with the Las Horas Perdidas. It has been decorated with fine materials, exotic wooden floors, ceilings and exterior walls.
The setting is spacious, welcoming and intimate.
