Sun, sea, sky Some things just seem to go together and the sun, sky and sea are one of them, a euphemism of which may be the Maricel.
Being a Hospes hotel, you’d expect class but here you also get enchanting vistas over the Mediterranean and the sky, of course. How? By the clever use of high ceilings and glass windows. The old and the new also go perfectly together here, with art deco, minimalist interiors, space, light. Of course, having the famous Spanish architect Xavier Claramunt helps, and his stamp is all over from the baths, that shine spectacular acidulated crystal panels, bathtubs of classic cut and elegant accessories. Halls with the latest in technology, a select library and wood of teka and stone of marés in exteriors where he is almost inevitable to become absorbed in thought itself to the dusk, in front of a swimming pool whose limit is lost in the bay. Here guests have the best seats in town when it comes to spectacular sunrises (for early birds) and sunsets.
Guests also have the luxury of dining out al fresco or in the stylish restaurant. The Senzone Restaurant, serves up a wide variety of award-winning dishes. After enjoying a hearty meal, why not make the most of the spa?
Please note: Due to the fact that the swimming pool is not appropriate for kids, the Maricel is not an ideal place for children during the summer months when the pool is in use.
