The word Hotelet can mean small hotel and in truth the Santanyi is an old house (300 years old to be precise) with only five suites.

But it is big on charm and personalized sophistication. Located right in the heart of the picturesque village that gives it its name, the motto of Santanyi the village, points to its “specialness”. To wit: “A place like no other”.

Not only is the village up there in the cutest of cute stakes but it also boasts some 25 kilometres of sandy coves, spots and coast line. Lovely spots are not hard to find.

So, if you’re are looking for a calm well located place to stay, the Hotelet de Santanyi is a winner. Updated in an elegant manner that makes the most of the terraces at its disposal and inner courtyard it emanates peace from it’s tallow and cream hues and tranquil ambiance. It pretty much breaths the beautiful nature and flora of southern Mallorca.

All the five rooms are even named after a plant associated with the area. Hence the Bruc, Jonc, Lavanda, Caputxina and Olivera rooms a short description of which follows:

The Lavanda and Caputxina rooms, located on the second floor along with the hall and can be transformed into a private family area, with the added bonus of boasting great views of the Santanyi landscape.

The Olivera room faces the patio and is actually independent from the rest of the house. Again, it affords great views as well as a private solarium.

S´Hotelet de Santanyí is found in charming Santanyí, a typical Majorcan town full of tradition located to the South of the Island. In Santanyí, a great variety of activities can be enjoyed throughout the entire year and it offers privileged landscapes such the beaches and coves of Migjorn.

The remaining rooms (Bruc, Jonc and Lavanda) are ground floor and all include king size beds, TV, air conditioning, full bathrooms and fast Internet Access.

Santanyí

Explore Santanyí with its yellow stone monuments, quaint alleys and weekly markets selling fruit vegetable and other edible products

The harbours of Portopetro and Cala Figuera are well worth a visit and there is also an excellent network of paths that not only trekkers can make the most of but also bikers and horse riders.

There is also an 18 hole golf course nearby with fantastic views of Vall d’Or (literally the golden valley).
