| In one of Spain’s typical white fishing villages, right in the heart of the Cabo da Gata Natural Park, in the Costa del Sol, there lies the El Tio Kiko, a simple little hotel brilliantly bathed by the Mediterranean light and located only 50 metres from the beach. Built from scratch, great care has been taken to faithfully reproduce the local Andalusian architecture, as evidenced by its thick white walls, large windows and terraces. However, the major attraction must surely be the views it affords of the sea on one side and the mountain on the other. The thoughtful design of the hotel means all rooms come with a balcony or terrace from which to enjoy this spectacular vista. Inside, the light, spacious, comfortable lounges and a terrace decorated with wicker furniture, though not in the luxury class, will not disappoint, neither will the bedrooms and the sumptuous bathrooms all of which come with Jacuzzis. The pampered feeling is made complete by the swimming pool, sauna, gym and gardens. |

Please feel free to send us your personal hotel review on this hotel. You may wonder why all the assessments we have on line are positive. Well, apart from the simple fact that we try to include only what we consider to be the best accommodations, there’s another important reason to bear in mind. Any hotel that receives 3 negative feedbacks is automatically taken out of our selection.
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel El Tio Kiko in April. There is a lovely calm and peaceful atmosphere with helpful and friendly service; the breakfast was superb and a good start to the day. We will stay here again if we are in the area." RR, UK
