Friendly, well located and lovely

So you want a central location in Paris (say near the Boulevard Saint Germain), classical taste with a dash of modern thrown in where the combination of 18th century prints and pieces, art deco desks, oriental pictures and African tapestries all blend together beautifully. You also want a place untouched by the noise and lights of the city and where you can relax without a care in the world. Then may we suggest the Relais Saint-Sulpice. Spread over three floors, this lovely 18th century listed building sits comfortably in a quiet side street between the Palais du Luxembourg and the beautiful church of Saint-Germain de Pres where, incidentally, you can find a painting by Delacroix inside. It really does justly lay claim to being a hidden secret, one whose understated lines and class tends to draw guests with a bit of savoir-faire. Rooms, though not large, are polished and originally decorated with duvet bedding and like the rest of the hotel blend in antiques with modern-day pieces. There’s one thing we’ve forgotten to mention. In addition to all the above points, there’s another jewel in the Saint Sulpice’s crown – a superb service and attentive staff. “Exceptionally friendly” “Humorous” “Helpful” are all words you will hear again and again from satisfied customers, many of which are happy to return, though for selfish reasons they may not want to spread the news.

The hotel Relais Saint Sulpice is located in a quiet street of the Saint Germain quarter just behind the church of Saint Sulpice. A few steps from Luxembourg garden and square of Saint Germain des Prés. Excellent location on the left bank in the heart of the Saint Germain quarter, a few steps away from the Senat and Luxembourg gardens. In the area, you will have the possibility to visit some of the most important and famous spots of the city. Luxembourg gardens, the church of Saint Sulpice, with its pretty square are in a very short walking distance. You can spend some pleasant moments long the river Seine, where there is a lovely market on Sundays. The area is rich choice of restaurants, bistros and brasseries, where you can taste the local cuisine with its typical dishes.

ll	Tips & Getting There

From the airport:
Coming from Roissy, CDG, airport or from Orly, you have to take the RER B, directions city centre and get off at Luxembourg. From there you ca easily reach the hotel on foot. Take the exit to Rostand. Then take Rue de Médecis and then follow Rue de Vaugirard, and Palais du Luxembourg. You find rue de la Garancière, on your right side and the hotel is at number 3. If you prefer you can take a taxi, which will bring you directly in front of the hotel, but it is more expensive.

By train/metro:
Coming from Gare d'Austerlitz, you can take the metro, line 10, leaving from the station and get off at Mabillon. From there you can easily reach the hotel on foot. You have to follow the small streets, directions "Jardins de Luxembourg". You can take rue de Seine, then turn right in rue Saint Sulpice and left in rue de la Garancière, where there is the hotel.
