Meet the future of luxury design, it can be found at the fabulous Hotel Sezz. This new hotel (it opened in 2005) is certainly raising the standards of class and its no longer just about teak finishes and cashmere. It’s about space, service and a sensual design that’s both useful and visual. And real, we might add, for there are no imitations here. Many hotels try to be what they are not, not so the Sezz, this is the real deal. The flower vases are hand blown, the fixtures in the lobby were specially created in the legendary glass workshops of Murano, Venice, vanity tops crafted by Boffi, taps by Dombracht and so on and so on - all names that guarantee absolute quality and flair. As for the space, the smallest of rooms is 200 square feet and go up to 400 hundred. Precious Egyptian linen vies with the most up to date technical devices (flat screen, DVD Player, slack Internet). Bathrooms are also simply superb with their mirrored glass partitions, whilst Staff are also some of the most professional and friendly in Paris - unlike some of hotels of this type which may look good but don’t actually treat you in the same way. As for location, it's only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower or Seine - the heart of Paris. By the way, the Last Tango in Paris with Marlon Brando was filmed just around the corner, making this hotel and area sexy in more ways then one. All this style and luxury, comes at a price, of course. It’s not cheap but if you are looking for a exhilarating stay, boutique style, then this is the hotel. Go on, you are in Paris, after all.
