An oasis of romantic calm in a bustling city.
If you wish to stay in a little hotel that is far from the madding crowd of Rome, yet still be within a stone’s throw away from some of the eternal city’s great landmarks - such as the Coliseum and Circus Maximus - then the Hotel Villa San Pio could be the place for you. Situated on the Aventino hill, an elegant residential areas and an oasis of calm right in one of Europe’s most exciting cities, it has all the elements for an excellent stay, especially if you like rococo type decoration, much of it hand painted and gardens in which to wander and relax. The complex that makes up the Villa San Pio (it started off life as three separate villas) is light and airy and rooms, though not particularly on the large side are elegantly furnished. The marble bathrooms even come a whirlpool to further add to the romantic feel – honeymooners you have been warned! Another plus point of this little hotel is the interesting location - authentically Roman and not subject to the pressures of mass tourism as in some other parts of the city.
As an extra reason to get away, if you stay seven nights the next is offered free-of-charge courtesy of the hotel.

Metro Stations 'Piramide' or 'Circo Massimo' are at 5 min. walking distance from the hotel.

Ante todo agradeceros la buena atención que hemos tenido por vuestra parte, preparando nuestra estancia en Roma, ya nos hemos incorporado de nuevo a la vida rutinaria y ahora " viviremos´" un tiempo de recuerdos....
Comentaros que el "Hotelito" con encanto que buscabamos superó todas nuestras expectativas, el Hotel S.Pio V es un hotelito precioso, con una atención muy cuidada, en un sitio residencial muy tranquilo, lo suficientemente lejos del bullicio y lo suficientemente cerca como para poder ir andando a todos los sitios,
De verdad, que enhorabuena por vuestra selección de hoteles y por supuesto que no dudaremos en donde acudir a buscar en nuestras proximas escapadas... Ya estamos pensando en la proxima!!
