The recently opened Neri is an excellent addition to Barcelona’s collection of hotels and is set to become one of the city’s classics. Originally a small 18th century palace, it was transformed into a striking 22 room accommodation, through a masterly combination of old world character and contemporary chic. The original and beautiful main building has been maintained in all its glory, whilst rooms are bright, luxurious and seductively decorated with the most modern of fittings. It has one further card up its sleeve, a truly wonderful location in the Gothic quarter, with which it blends in effortlessly, right next to the cathedral and within a short walking distance of the Las Ramblas, as well as many of this great city’s top sights. Please note, though, because of its historic location, parking is impossible in the area.

Please feel free to send us your personal hotel review on this hotel. You may wonder why all the assessments we have on line are positive. Well, apart from the simple fact that we try to include only what we consider to be the best accommodations, there’s another important reason to bear in mind. Any hotel that receives 3 negative feedbacks is automatically taken out of our selection.
"We stayed for a week in October 2006 and found it to be perfect in every way. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were superb. It lived up to its billing of five star and exactly what I look for in a hotel...small ,intimate and very stylish. The icing on the cake was the 2 tickets they got for me for the Champions League game between Barca and Chelsea. Thank you Hotel Neri and Secret Places I will be back." Stephen and Joslyn Crowe, UK
