If you are thinking about spending a couple of days in Seville then why not consider one of these five luxury apartments – all restored with simple, clean designs, all of the comforts you would expect and, the bit we like best, hidden right in the heart of Seville’s old quarter between the Guadalquivir River, La Maestranza bullring and the Cathedral.
The location is excellent and so too is the quality of the finishings inside – no fastidious details or over-the-top decoration just plenty of wood set in a modern ambience to give a functional but characteristic warmth. Two of the apartments have their own large private balconies and whilst on the ground floor the lucky inhabitants will have their own courtyard to relax in. All of the apartments are nestled into the 12th century Almohad walls adding a touch of history.

Santa Cruz and the Cathedral
The neighborhood of the old Jewish Quarter "Santa Cruz", the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias and the Alcázar, are must-see monuments of Seville.
San Bartolomé, Pilatos, La Alfalfa
The neighbourhood begins at the extremely popular Puerta de la Carne (Meat Door), which is named after an old slaughterhouse situated there. It preserves the atmosphere of old, popular Seville, whose intricate network of streets has maintained Arab and Medieval buildings combined with palatial and religious constructions of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.
San Luis, Macarena and Feria
This area is made up of a group of different villages with authentic sevillian flavour. It is a popular, busy part of town which is full of people and tradition. It feels like a village from older times preserving taverns and shops from previous decades.
Shopping District
This is an area of lively pedestrian streets;lined with shops; many of them hundreds of years old. A walk accross "Tetuán", "Sierpes" or "Cuna" is a must if you wish to buy some typical goods of Seville.
Arena
It is the bullfighter's neighbourhood par-excellence, it is the location of the Maestranza Bullring, the 3rd oldest and most important Bullring of Spain.
Triana
Some believe that the name of this neighbourhood comes from "tri" (three) and "ana" (rivers) since three rivers meet at this location. Many typical houses are found around this neighborhood and of course, many bars where you can enjoy a good "tapa" or many tablaos where the best flamenco is danced.

| By car: The easiest way to get to the apartments is to enter the city from the west on the A66/E803 and exit at junction 17B which leads you over the bridge, Puente Del Cristo De La Expiración and leads into Avenida Cristo De La Expiriación itself. After you have crossed the second river, take the third street to the right, Calle Arjona. Continue on this for approximately 400m until you turn left onto Calle Reyes Católicos, opposite the bridge. Take the first right-hand street, Calle Pastor y Landero. Continue for approximately 250m and take the third street on the left-hand side, Calle López de Arenas which leads into Calle Santas Patronas where the apartments are located at number 55, on the right-hand side. |
