A cool and trend setting Milan hotel The Town House 12 came about following the success of its older sister, the Town House 31. The original hotel added a touch of flair to Milan’s portfolio of accommodations, and the younger Town House 12 follows on in this vein, with its minimalist chic, modern furnishings and decor. In a number of respects, though, it actually outdoes it sister in the cool stakes – literally – as it comes with an Absolut Ice bar, where furnishings such as the tables and fittings are actually made from Norwegian ice. The perfect place to chill out, so to speak. Unsurprisingly, therefore, trend setters love the Townhouse 12, and the breakfast room is often to be seen with model types and guests who value vanguard design. For all this, comfort levels have not been forgotten and all the bedrooms housed within this 19th century building have been renovated to include all those all mod cons that the discerning traveller, whatever his or her tastes, requires. Cool metallic fittings, grey tiles and pink cushions in some rooms thus go hand in hand with warm antique pieces and natural materials such as wood. All in all, it makes for a mixture of fire and ice to give guests a neutral and totally relaxing environment in which to get away from it all. Yet it is only 3 kilometres away Milan’s city centre and all the pleasures that can be found there.

| Please feel free to send us your personal hotel review on this hotel. You may wonder why all the assessments we have on line are positive. Well, apart from the simple fact that we try to include only what we consider to be the best accommodations, there’s another important reason to bear in mind. Any hotel that receives 3 negative feedbacks is automatically taken out of our selection. |
