A style filled retreat in Umbria

Given its remoteness odds on are that you’ll also be eating in its restaurant (a car here is essential to get out and about) and experience one of the over 120 different wines it holds in the cellar. As for rooms, guests can stay either in the villa itself, or in the wonderfully renovated barns and outbuildings. As for in-house facilities, these include two swimming pools and a tennis court. The views are truly spectacular, and the surroundings utterly quiet and peaceful. |

To get to Villa di Monte Solare take highway A1 direction Florence-Rome and exit for Ciusi-Chianciano. After the paytoll turn right to Chiusi. Go straight ahead though Chiusi, passing the center, and continue in direction Perugia/Arezzo.
Some km after Chiusi turn right in direction Città della Pieve. Short after Citta della Pieve, passing the walls of the town on you right hand side, turn left onto the road S220 direction Tavernelle/Perugia. Follow the signs to Piegaro and then Tavernelle always in direction to Perugia. Pass the village Tavernelle, after 1 km turn left to Colle San Paolo. Go straight ahead for 4 km and you will reach Hotel Villa Di Monte Solare.
