Take the A6 motorway from Badajoz for Évora/Estremoz; turn off on the Vila Viçosa/Borba/Alandroal signpost. After the toll gate turn to your right at the T-junction heading for Estremoz. Some 500 meters ahead you will see an outdoor of Delta coffee cup, turn into a dirt road on your right hand side. Travel for approx. 1 km inland following the signposts “Monte da Fornalha” until you see the tipical southern Portuguese white chimneys on your left hand side, you have then reached Monte da Fornalha.
