The 18th century manor house of Casa Tegoyo opened in 1999 as a rural hotel and is actually located within the vineyards of La Geria. The vineyards themselves are worthy of note – unlike normal vines they take in water by extracting the morning dew (in view of the dryness of the climate) and this helps give them a rather singular appearance. As for the hotel itself, the architectural simplicity of the exterior contrasts with the inside, which is has been decorated with taste, refinement and elegance. Many of the hotel’s fine antiques and paintings adorning the rooms and suites come from the Canary Islands themselves. Casa Tegoyo also has a lovely old patio - ideal for relaxing, or having a meal - as well as an interestingly shaped swimming pool. The active visitor will also find numerous activities to indulge in such as horse riding, fishing, hand gliding and golf.

ll	Tips & Getting There

From the airport take highway (LZ2) in direction of Yaiza.
Exit Conil/San Bartolome (the name "Conil“ is written on the road). At the roundabout take the first exit towards San Bartolome. The road risess up a hill until you arrive at a T-junction. Take a left in direction of Conil.
The next village is Conil. Follow the main road through the village.
Approximately 1km further on you will see CASA TEGOYO on the left hand side of the road.
Driving time about 10-15- minutes.
