Ktima Lemonies

In the early 2000s, the owners Michalis and Nelly restored an old abandoned farmhouse and transformed it into a small bed & breakfast with more than 50 lemon trees, to which Ktima Lemonies owes its name. Since then, olive trees, cypresses, orchards and other fruit trees are enveloping the cosy guesthouse and seducing its guests with their very special charm. A hidden jewel on the island of Andros, perfected by its courtyards, gardens, and a small swimming pool. The old stables and pigsty have been converted into a guest house with slate roofs and stone walls, and the 4 rooms in total are furnished in a charming and rustic style. Light brick floors, antique furniture and very comfortable beds and bathrooms with showers complete the decor. Note that the suites are not equipped with a kitchen, which may not be suitable for families with small children. The maximum capacity of the accommodation is designed for 10 people to allow for perfect relaxation in the gardens and terraces.
The unique and elegant landscape as well as the natural surroundings of Andros, are simply stunning. Paths lead through heather-scented hills and gorges that lead to beautiful beaches and sparkling waters. It is truly not difficult to fall in love with this island. For culture lovers, cultural events such as exhibitions, concerts and theatre performances are on the program every summer in the town of Hora, organised by museums, galleries and an open-air theatre. Don't miss to visit the village of Lamyra with its beautiful houses, marble fountains and white chapels and if possible to walk the route "Andros Routes" to get to know the secrets of the island. If you are a fan of yoga, pilates or massages, sessions can be arranged by appointment.
Please note: The Master suite is
not for rental in the “B&B guesthouse” model, as it is the bedroom of the owners. Nevertheless, it is obviously available
under “house rental”. In this latter case, the Standard double, the “Crickets”
would be occupied by the live-in staff, and not available for guests.
Therefore, in both cases, Ktima Lemonies accommodates up to 10 people.
