Sasso al Melo

The residence "Sasso al Melo", the result of a careful and painstaking work of restoration of an old farmhouse, the first of which dates back to 1600, has as its main vocation to be a "house ethics," since everything is based on an ecologica l vein and respect for nature: the use of renewable sources, from solar panels to the pellet, such as generators energy and heating, the recovery and reuse of original materials and in any case local (stone and wood), and finally the nature around it is the host, and where the structure is immersed without contrasts and in its full compliance. The construction is composed of five apartments, four of these make up the main building, and is housed in an adjacent metato, are all made in grand style, with a attention to detail and finish, but in respect of local tradition and peasant, to create an effect of great charm. Wooden ceilings and stone floors, creating a warm and welcoming.
