Stazzo Marzia

Stazzo Marzia is an independent cottage dating to the end of 19th century where up to five people may find comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by 2 hectares of unspoiled nature, filled with cork woods, holly groves and wild olive trees, the place offers quiet and silence and has a very nice view of the surrounding hills and the village of Luogosanto (5 km away).
Thanks to its thick granite walls the house is fresh even in the heat of summer. Its rooms are simply furnished but comfortable and tastefully decorated. The dining room has filled bookshelves and a fireplace. The two bedrooms, one double and one triple, are spacious and functional. The fitted kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has one shower and a washing machine.
The outdoor veranda, complete with seating areas and hammocks, is the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal whilst admiring the beautiful surrounding landscapes. Kids will not get bored, climbing the boulder-like rocks and searching for the many neighbours of the Stazzo, including turtles, cows, hens with their chicks, and owls.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy during the day and Stazzo Marzia is in the ideal location to reach all of them. There are the large beaches of the west coast, fashionable beaches of Costa Smeralda, and beaches ideal for water sports and diving, such as Porto Pollo, Palau, and Capo Testa. The clear, Mediterranean sea is perfect for snorkeling, diving, and sailing. If you'd rather stick to the land, then there is a huge variety of different landscapes for you to explore. Go by car, bike, or foot to the country churches, cork woods and archeological sites of Luogosanto, the monolith of Mount Pulchiana, the boulder strewn landscape of Valle della Luna, or the pine woods of Mount Limbara. During the Easter and Summer, taking part in a country feast is an absolute 'must do'. Here you'll be able to experience typical shepherds' food, live music and local dances.
