Casa Talía in Modica features two apartments: Casa Buendía and Casa Agave are two unique homes carved into the ancient heart of Modica, each with its own private entrance and terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Casa Buendía unfolds over two levels, with a bright living area and garden above, and a peaceful bedroom below, shaped in white stone and featuring a spacious shower. Casa Agave, all on one floor, offers a double bedroom and a second sleeping area open to the living room with two single beds. Both houses include kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and flat-screen digital TV, and can each accommodate up to five guests.
