Residenza Hortus

The Residenza Hortus is a charming residence housed in a 16th-century complex. It is located right in front of the marvellous cathedral of S. Giorgio, in the heart of Modica, a masterpiece of baroque Sicily. The apartment offers three bedrooms and faces a secluded garden with fruit trees, a living and dining area and a jacuzzi. This space invites you to spend time in total privacy. The lovely decorated bedrooms, each one with an en-suite bathroom, feature limestone, lava stone and black pitch stones, vaulted ceilings and highly comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses and pillows. The "water" suite invites a round bed with a tub. The "fire" suite features a king-size bed with a bio-fireplace. The "air" suite on the upper level invites a romantic room with queen size bed and a wonderful terrace in front of the S. Giorgio cathedral. The property is also provided with a charming living room and a stylish fully-equipped kitchen with a cave wine cellar.
