Boutique Hotel SEITNER HOF München-Pullach

To understand the charm of the Seitner Hof, it is not enough to see it in pictures, because what makes it truly special is not the visual side, but the feeling that comes from a tradition shaped over centuries and sensed in every gesture. There is a genuine care on the part of the hosts to make your stay as peaceful and welcoming as possible. 

The Köhler family, who run the Hotel Seitner Hof as a family business, know their craft inside out: they take it seriously, with a sincere vocation for the art of hospitality and with small details that make all the difference. 

The building is a Bavarian house that has belonged to the same family since 1859 and is protected for its historical interest. The property has been carefully restored and preserves its original “Dreiseithof” architecture, a traditional rural style that is functional and harmonious, with open courtyards and pale stone walls. 

It is a Bavarian “Dreiseithof” (a large traditional farmhouse), with buildings that once served as a distillery, bakery and baths. That history can still be felt in the atmosphere of the place. The main building and several parts of the complex are listed and protected. 

The 39 rooms, with wooden floors, are bright and decorated in a restrained, classic style, with high quality textiles. 

In what used to be the distillery, you will now find the restaurant Alte Brennerei, where dishes honour tradition with contemporary touches: local ingredients, understated presentation and flavours that feel deeply comforting. 

The hotel has a small but well-equipped spa: sauna, a hammam-style steam bath, and massage treatments, ideal after walking or cycling through the valley. 

There is also a library and inviting shared lounges where you can read or unwind with a quiet glass under the linden trees in the garden. 

It is only a 4 to 5 minute walk from Pullach S-Bahn station, which means you can reach central Munich in around 20 minutes, a real advantage for both leisure and business stays. 

The village itself is delightful, full of cafés and shops. You can also choose to stay nearby and explore the trails along the River Isar by bike, canoe or on foot, breathing in the deep green of the Bavarian forests. It is also very close to the Isar and to natural paths, perfect for cycling, hiking or canoeing.
