In the heart of Tuscany, in the middle of the vast fields of Volterra and Chianti you find this splendid holiday villa which sleeps up to 16 persons. The 400-year-old building was once a monastery, today it is the perfect accommodation for a big group of friends or families. It offers 8 bedrooms with 11 beds in total, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 terraces and a veranda as well as 8 parking lots, 2 TVs, fireplaces and WiFi. A traditional pizza oven provides the ideal opportunity to enjoy a cooking evening with friends and enjoy self-made food accompanied by a glass of wine in the huge garden of the property. Surrounded by a blooming natural paradise, the garden also has its own pool and sunbathing area with 16 sunbeds and a ping pong table.

The surroundings have a lot of nice places to offer. You can have dinner in one of the restaurants or trattorias nearby, go shopping or take some time off in the Thermal bath close to the property. There are a lot of hidden gems in this area, so take the chance to explore some typical Tuscan cities or cultural sites.

The house is available the whole year round (with central heating). The minimum stay is 7 nights and the whole villa can be rented for 12 to 16 persons or in part for 4 or 8 persons (out of season). The pool is open from May until October. Long term renters are welcome from October to April.
