Maison Felisa

This is definitely one for the senses! Maison Felisa is a place where body and soul can simply chill out and relax - it’s just one of the reasons we love it. You simply can’t help but unwind here; even the sheets are washed in flower scented water, for example, whilst 3 of the five rooms come with Jacuzzi. Well being therapies are also on offer such as rose water baths and yoga is on offer in the mornings.
Outside, this ambience carries on, thanks to the really cute garden and lovely swimming pool. On top of the Zen like ambience you have history too, for this particular “maison” is set in a 12th century mediaeval village just 15km from Avignon. The original cement tiles, coloured curtains and furniture go hand in hand with a fun, light spirit of design.
Are there any other aces up the sleeve at this charming bed and breakfast? Well, there’s in-house cuisine, for one. Isa is a very talented cook though in our opinion it’s a shame that her meals are available only at the weekend. But don’t despair other excellent restaurants are not too far away. This is France after all. All in all, we’d say this is an excellent value for money accommodation that provides as much as many other more expensive and luxurious options.
