A really well located hotel situated as it is in the middle of the old quarters of Valencia, one of Spain’s largest and most pulsating cities.
The Ad Hoc hotel itself is a carefully renovated, 19th century building and part of the monumental group of the city’s historical centre. The owner was in the antiques business for many years and inside the tasteful eye for decoration shows up, with fine pieces the order of the day.
The rooms provide for an excellent marriage between the classic and the modern, whilst the hotel emanates a light and ambience that helps the visitor to relax. Wafer-bricking walls and warm colours add a further nice touch.
This is certainly one of the most attractive city hotels in Valencia.

The ad hoc monumental is a very charming hotel situated in the old town of Valencia; the plaza de la reina and the plaza de la virgen are within walking distance. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff very friendly and helpful - we even could buy tickets for tourist attractions at the reception desk. The breakfast was alright although the buffet was not very large - but since it is more fun eating breakfast outside the hotel in Spain, it served the purpose. Overall, we could highly recommend the hotel!

It says all you need to know about this hotel that before my wife and I checked out last week, we had already booked the same room for 6 days in June. Without that to look forward to, we would have been very sad to leave. Our room, on the 5th floor, gave us the luxury of a terrace, perfect for picnicking on the delicious produce we had bought at the wonderful market. The hotel’s location could not be better. The park is just around the corner, so walking to the City of Arts and Sciences is a delight and the historic city centre is a 5 min walk in the other direction. Our room was quiet, spacious and perfectly serviced by the chambermaid every day. All the members of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. With so many eateries nearby to explore, we chose not to eat at the hotel so can offer no information on that point. This has now become one of our favourite places to stay.

Good value and excellent location. Spacious room, simple and comfortable and reasonable bathroom Breakfast was adequate, yoghurt, fresh juice, cereal, bread, cheese and meat The eggs were a disappointment the only option bring fried which became rather luke warm and congealed if one arrived at the end of the breakfast period

located perfectly in the old town. Rooms with hitches (shower...). breakfast crowded from time to time, no free tables. Breakfast buffet is o.k., but pretty expensive (13€ p. P.) compared to the offered choices.
