Situated in Garachico, a delightful and quiet port north-east of the island of Tenerife, this small and homely 22 room hotel was a 17th century mansion prior to being restored. A Bauhaus style decoration was added to its traditional architecture that is both discreet and functional.
The rooms are spacious, carpeted in elegant colours, with dark wood ceilings and modern furniture. There is a very pleasant patio for relaxing. It has a heated swimming pool, and a restaurant where one can enjoy local specialities, including fresh fish and local wines.
The town, with its beautiful squares – plazas – and stone-embedded streets, invites one to take a quiet stroll.
There is also plenty to choose from for energetic visitors: walks along footpaths, cycling, water diving, deep-sea fishing, tennis, boat trips and much more.
