Village House - Melides

The beautiful village houses Melides are located in the center of a very typical small Portuguese village near many beautiful beaches.

They are ideal for families and groups, as they can accommodate up to 12 people in total. They can be rented together or separately, and the houses can communicate with each other via the courtyard.

The T3 has 3 bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, and an outdoor terrace. The T2 has 1 bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom, which has another door to the living room. There are two more single beds on the open mezzanine. The kitchen island here is also open to the living room and the outside terrace. The outdoor terrace is adorned by a table, which is well suited for mean meals. The view is unobstructed and offers a beautiful ambiance in the evening hours. There is also a room where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Melide's holiday flats offer a real place to relax due to their quiet location, and the comfortable beds also contribute to this. You can also use these accommodations to work away from the hustle and bustle.

The houses are located in the village of S. Francisco da Serra, very close to the beaches of Grandola, Melides, Santiago do Cacém, and Santo André, which are still little visited. The impressive Alentejo landscape is still beautifully preserved and offers great hiking opportunities. The idyllic surroundings give the impression of a well-kept insider tip.

The holiday homes are spacious and modern. They have been recently renovated and are very sustainable as electricity is supplied by the sun and they have self-consumption photovoltaic panels and a heat pump for heating and water. They are also well insulated and the windows are class A, so it is fresh in summer and comfortable in winter.
