Comporta Court

This is a modern villa with high ceilings and large windows, creating a sense that there are almost no walls, especially in the living room. Outside, olive trees, Mediterranean shrubs, and aromatic herbs frame the long emerald-green infinity pool and the wooden terraces of Comporta Court, with lavender and rosemary giving off wonderful aromas day or night.

The villa features very spacious and elegant interiors, totaling 460 m² of living space, beautifully set within the 12 hectares of lush pine forest and white sandy soil that surround it. It is located in the rural area of Muda, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Carvalhal and Pego.

The villa has bedrooms, as well as a separate apartment, all with their own private bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. Three bedrooms have double beds, and two have twin beds. A luxurious master bedroom on the first floor boasts a large private terrace with views of the infinity pool and a spacious bathroom with panoramic windows and views of the surrounding countryside. All the other bedrooms and the apartment have their own secluded outdoor areas to relax in.

The huge living room has a double-height ceiling and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing a flood of natural light to fill the space. The minimalist-style sitting/dining areas open onto wooden terraces on three sides, perfect for al fresco dining, swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing.

As the villa is south-facing, it enjoys bright sunlight right through to sunset, and the gardens are floodlit at night. As a result, the various terraces provide magical spaces to relax in at different times of the day.

Within the grounds, there is also a petanque area, a volleyball court, a tennis court, and table tennis for guests to enjoy.

Due to unprotected drops from some terraces and the infinity pool, French windows of glass, and low tables with sharp corners, this property is not suitable for young children and must be supervised.

The price includes daily cleaning for 3 hours, excluding Sundays.
