This beautifully restored farmhouse maintains the architectural charm of its rural past while offering all the modern comforts you could need. Set within a private 20,000 square meter garden and woodland, the property features a stunning infinity pool and ample space to relax. It has six double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and an additional small bedroom with two single beds for children or teenagers. Inside, guests can enjoy cozy, tastefully furnished living areas, while outside there are generous spaces designed for outdoor living—perfect for enjoying summer evenings under the gazebo with a glass of Tuscan wine, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Whether you're staying with family or friends, this is the ideal setting for a slow-paced, intimate vacation.

Towns like Pienza and Montepulciano, historic cities like Siena and Perugia, and breathtaking landscapes such as the Val d’Orcia and the Maremma are all easily reachable from the villa, allowing you to explore the beauty of a Tuscany that is still untouched and peaceful, far from the crowds.

Patrizia, the villa’s owner, is always available to help make your stay special. Upon request, she can organize breakfasts, dinners, and entertaining cooking classes, and is happy to offer advice on local excursions, wine tastings, and a variety of unique experiences available in the area.

The villa is thoughtfully equipped to make you feel right at home. You’ll find a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a PlayStation 4, and a Bluetooth music speaker to keep everyone entertained. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, as well as pool towels and a complimentary set of natural Tuscan toiletries in the bathrooms. For stays of seven nights, daily housekeeping is included, while shorter stays of five nights include a mid-stay tidy-up. A welcome dinner is offered to guests upon arrival. Air conditioning is included, with responsible usage encouraged; for excessive consumption beyond a reasonable threshold, an extra charge will apply.
