Casa Palacio Veedor

The Casa Palacio Veedor is a restored old XVIII century palais in the old town of Cádiz. This palais will bring out your curiosity about the secrets of Cadiz, the oldest lived city in Europe. The Casa Palacio Veedor is the perfect place for those who want to experience history, culture and relaxing activities. Cultural and historical walks through the old town are organised, as well as language and cooking courses, yoga and meditation activities, excursions to the beach, natural parks and salt marches. A stay at the palais is the modern version of the way of life in the film “A room with a view”: a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The Casa Palacio has four suites, all decorated in different themes. The Italian suite owes its name to an important family of Andalusian merchants. The suite accommodates three to four people and consists of two rooms that have a shared bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. The bedrooms include a standard double bed (1,40 x2.00 m) and one special double bed (1.80x2.00 m). It is decorated with antique furniture and doors from an old palace in Jerez de la Frontera.
The Morrocan suite is decorated with modern Moroccan style furniture brought in from Assilah. The suite includes a balcony facing an interior courtyard full of Kentias and has a special double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm), depending on your choice.
The Anglo-Indian style suite has an interior design that is a mix between colonial and cosmopolitan style, inspired by the times of overseas commerce in the city.
The luminous studio suite is on the rooftop, making it the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evenings and listening to the seagulls in the morning. The suite has a standard double bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) and a bathroom with shower.
Guests can rent the entire house upon request.
