The Domaine Mon Belvédère is idyllically located between the mountains in the hinterland and the sea and offers a fascinating view over Cannes and the Esterel mountains as well as the historic towns of Opio and Châteauneuf-Grasse. These holiday flats are ideal for travellers who want to be close to the Côte d'Azur but prefer the tranquillity of the area. Thanks to fibre optic internet, it is also perfect as a home office.

All the 5 houses at Domaine Mon Belvédère embody the artistic and cultural essence of the Côte d'Azur and are named after famous artists who at some point lived in the region. The accommodations are characterized by their spacious layouts and high ceilings with large windows creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. The kitchens equipped with premium appliances, and custom cabinetry. While the living areas and bedrooms have elegant and tasteful decor and provide stunning views of the estate’s beautifully landscaped gardens and rolling hills. The thick walls of the buildings ensure pleasantly cool rooms in summer and cosy warmth in winter. The holiday flats can be used all year round and are equipped with heating. Air conditioning is not available, but fans can be provided. Each accommodation has its own outdoor area with barbecue. Bed linen, towels, shower gel and shampoo are included. A bottle of water and a basic supply of coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper await you on arrival.

The heated pool is open from May to October. The shady park is also equipped with numerous loungers and seating areas. Here you can discover old olive trees, fragrant lavender, roses, jasmine and rosemary. The pool and park are available to all guests of the five holiday flats. On the 7,400 square metres, everyone can find their own personal retreat to enjoy the magnificent view, unwind and listen to the birdsong.

A boules court invites you to enjoy a cool glass of rosé while playing a game, or you can challenge yourself at the table tennis table. You also have the option of booking massages, either in the massage hut or directly in your holiday flat.

Location and surroundings:

Domaine Mon Belvédère is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by an olive grove. For guests who don't want to cook for themselves, there are a variety of restaurants in the neighbourhood, ranging from rustic to Michelin-starred. A bakery, a well-stocked supermarket and several restaurants are within walking distance.

Only 30 minutes from Nice airport, Cannes and Antibes, the Domaine is perfectly located. The surrounding area is spectacular: Gourdon or St Paul de Vence can be reached in just 20 minutes, Grasse in just 10 minutes. Monaco and Menton are around an hour away. Ski resorts, the Gorge de Verdon or the Ventimiglia market in Italy can be reached in around an hour and a half after a scenic drive.

Golfers, bikers, paragliders, cyclists, hikers, climbers as well as rafting and water sports enthusiasts will find unforgettable experiences here. We are happy to provide personalised recommendations for your stay.
