Casa no Pego

CASA PEGO captures the classic Comporta spirit: an architecture inspired by traditional fishermen’s houses, with a thatched roof, wood and reed details that give it a truly authentic, distinctive feel. Surrounded by sand, it has the atmosphere of a refined beach cabin, bright and easy going, and only a 10 minute walk to Pego Beach.

Inside, natural textures and a simple, elegant style make the house feel light and welcoming at any time of day. The shared spaces open to the outdoors, so life flows naturally between the living area, the terraces and the garden.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, ideal for up to 8 guests. The master suite also includes a bathtub. Outside, the private pool, shaded areas and several spots for lounging or dining invite you to spend long days at home. The garden features fig trees and other fruit trees.

To explore the area, 4 bikes are available. Carvalhal is very close (3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike) with shops, cafés and restaurants, and Comporta and Melides are also just a short drive away.

Practical info: Housekeeping once per week included. Pool heating on request (50 € per day, request at least one week in advance). No smoking. No pets. No high heels inside due to the wooden floors.
