This is a truly outstanding place, set in truly outstanding grounds where the sights and aromas of the vineyards (see below), picturesque villages surrounding the place make for a truly, dare we say it, outstanding occasion. Simple as that really, but we’ll go a bit deeper.
The Poggio al Casone itself is surrounded within 40 acres of organic vineyards and is made up of an ancient Villa and two cottages that have been wonderfully renovated in local style of Tuscany. The end result is a series of truly exclusive apartments.
These range from 2 person apartments to a fully independent cottage for 6 people. All apartments are stylishly decorated in typical Tuscan style, furnished under the auspices of some of the best Italian designers using subtle colours, furnishings and fabrics.
Kitchens are fully equipped. Each apartment comes with all the modern comforts and amenities: satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, DVD player, plasma TV, bed linen and towels, pool towels.
Guests also receive a welcome basket containing local products, as well as a selection of the best Castellani wines.
