The charming and welcoming Hanni family has recently renovated and restored this listed farmhouse at the foot of the Mendelkamm, not far from the beautiful Montiggler swimming lake. This enchanting  holiday home that is part of the family estate is furnished simply but with great attention to detail. It has a large living and dining room, three bedrooms as well as a spacious kitchen, two modern bathrooms, a vaulted room and a large garden with terrace and sun loungers. Secluded from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and with a magnificent view of the surrounding vineyards, you have this cosy holiday home all to yourself. The nearby town of Bozen is not far away and there are numerous hiking trails only a stone's throw away and within easy walking distance.

You start the day with a delicious farmer's breakfast with fresh organic products, which Mrs. Hanni will put together for you on request from a variety of South Tyrolean specialities. In the inner courtyard there are several fruit trees, vegetable beds and herb gardens from which you can always help yourself. In addition, the mobile & active card is available to you free of charge, with which you can use all public transport and various leisure activities without restriction. The region is a dream for all cycling and hiking enthusiasts, numerous castles and palaces can be explored and a side trip to Bolzano or even Lake Garda is possible. In the evening, you can end the day with a glass of wine from the region during beautiful sunsets.

On request, the holiday home is fully equipped for small children, so that nothing can get in the way of the perfect family holiday!
