Villa Joana

In the middle of the countryside, near Loulé, lies this hidden gem. Located away from neighbours, Villa Joana has two floors and offers stunning views of the countryside and the ocean. The south-facing orientation of the house allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. A total of four large, cosy bedrooms are located in the main building. Each bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We also have an old-fashioned bathtub with a window in the master bedroom, allowing us to bathe while enjoying the views. 

An island is located in the middle of the kitchen with stools. It is spacious, functional, and very pleasant to work in, equipped with two ovens and all the necessary appliances. A large living room with a sofa and TV, as well as a dining room with a large table, all decorated simply and in a very contemporary style.

We are welcomed by two large terraces overlooking the garden, sofas, and two tables in the shade for family meals.

A large pool with sun loungers is bathed in sunlight throughout the day. The house is surrounded by a garden filled with beautiful plants and a large lawn.

Less than 10 minutes drive from Casa Joana, you will find the cosy provincial town of Loulé.

As well as its famous covered market with fresh vegetables, meat, and seafood, the centre is well worth a visit with its variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
