Casa Atlántica, located in the Serra de Melides, is perched on top of a hill, offering magnificent views over a cork oak forest. Designed in 2015 by the renowned architect Manuel Aires Mateus and featured in Elle Decoration Germany, this work is another bold example of the architect’s impressive career of visionary projects undertaken in Portugal and around the world.

Four independent buildings are strategically distributed across the property, each designed with modern, minimalist lines that combine contemporary aesthetics with elements inspired by traditional Alentejo houses. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to provide panoramic views, from the large windows to the covered terraces, creating a constant connection with the surrounding nature.
