Now, you can probably tell from the name that the Palazzo de Mori started off life as a palace. And this being Italy, it’s probably pretty old - 15th century in this case.
What the name doesn’t tell you is that the location is outstanding, facing the sea right above the battlements of the beautiful port town of Otranto.
Or that Pina, the owner, is enchanting, that service is top notch for such a reasonable price, that decoration throughout is simple with white being the dominant colour, yet utterly comfortable and intimate.
In short, that we loved it!

Very nice apartment perfectly located overlooking the Otranto port. From the downstairs kitchen you walk right out on the lungomare/seafront promenade.
Tastefully decorated and very nice and helpful staff.

We loved staying in this Palazzo. Our suite was large and airy suite, decorated in a lovely fresh white theme. The location was perfect in the middle of the old town with amazing sea views. Breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the sea wall was wonderful with ample delicious options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Shhh . Don’t tell anyone else that this accommodation is beautiful and view awesome. Best time we had in Puglia and not to be missed. Excellent service. Gracious hospitality and very good homemade breakfast. Loved it.
