XVIII is representative of the architecture of Galicia and was adapted for a rural tourism establishment in 2000, especially respecting the strong stone walls, wooden structures and colour of its luminous galleries.

Casa Perfeuto María has five double rooms with double bed and bathroom with shower, one on the ground floor with equipment and access for the disabled; a triple room with double bed, auxiliary bed and bathroom with shower and a special room with whirlpool bath and reading room with gallery. All rooms with equipment break latex, cotton linens, TV, Wi-Fi signal, gel and shampoo dispenser, hair dryer, tourist information and plenty of natural light.

The spacious common areas of the interior rooms invite you to read and share experiences with other guests at nightfall. The living room with fireplace on the ground floor, the sitting rooms reading on the middle floor and the library on the lower deck offer all guests the opportunity to find "his corner".
