Finca Legado Ibiza

Set among almond groves and gentle hills, Finca Legado is a rural house turned charming retreat, where the care invested in every detail is immediately felt. The project is the vision of two Austrian creatives, Andi Lackner and Andreas Oberkanins, who opened its doors in 2018. Each corner reflects their aesthetic sensibility and personality. The thoughtful way in which every object has been placed creates a deep sense of connection with the space. The rhythm is relaxed, free of rigid schedules, in a place defined by calm — with well-chosen music, fresh flowers in every room, and interesting books to browse.

The building retains the traditional architecture of Ibicencan fincas, with whitewashed walls, exposed wooden beams, and terracotta floors. Inside, vintage design pieces mix with handcrafted textiles and carefully collected objects. Nothing is standard; everything has a story.

There are eight rooms, each with its own character, warmly decorated and beautifully curated. Choosing one becomes a challenge in itself. Large windows open onto the countryside, beds are comfortable, natural materials abound, and the aesthetic is refined without being excessive.

The finca is surrounded by native vegetation — lemon trees, lavender, cactus — cared for by someone with a genuine connection to the land. The garden is more than ornamental; it’s part of the experience — a place to read, enjoy breakfast, or simply look up at the sky. Being on an island, the night skies are strikingly starry and remarkably clear.

Breakfast here is one of the day’s true pleasures. Served unhurriedly, it includes local produce, fruit from the orchard, artisanal bread, eggs from the finca, quality coffee and small homemade treats that change daily. Quietly memorable.

The generously sized saltwater pool sits among trees and stone walls, offering natural shade and oversized Balinese loungers.

Just a short drive from Santa Eulália, with easy access to the beaches of the northeast, Finca Legado offers a rural retreat designed exclusively for adults. The aim here is to preserve a calm, restorative atmosphere — a place that invites you to slow down and simply be.
