Casona Palácio Camino Real

Situated in the stunning Cantabrian countryside, this is a beautiful 17th century manor house. Behind the typical countryside facade, lies an interesting interior where imagination is the operative word, particularly with regards to the rooms. Why? Each has a different colour and ambience. These range from yellow to blue, white and various shades of green. The affable owner Paco Entrena, who is a designer by profession, has certainly managed to implant his personal touch throughout the house and created a kaleidoscope of warm earthy colours. Indeed, this focus on the visual extends to the meetings rooms, dining room and other areas, where designer lamps and tables, and wooden beams on the ceilings are all in evidence. The location is perfect, with the main port city of Santander only a 40 minute drive away.
