La Maison de Beaumont has six fully furnished flats and is located in Beaumont-de-Pertuis, a picturesque village in the Luberon Natural Park, near the border to the Alpes de Haute Provence.

All studios have their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, microwave and other kitchen utensils to make you feel at home. All have large windows to let in lots of natural light, and some have a terrace or personal balcony with magnificent views of the village and countryside. There is free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free public parking. In addition, most rooms have a sofa bed and large wardrobes. The style of the house is simple but very comfortable, with warm colours and high ceilings.

This house has a long history as its first foundations were built in medieval times. At the beginning of the 18th century it was built on the ruins of the castle of Beaumont and one of its first residents was the representative of the King of France. After the French Revolution it was renovated and converted into the village primary school. The current owners, Niki and Navid, a French-American couple, started rebuilding it in 2017 after falling in love with the village and its surroundings. They took care to preserve some of the centuries-old structures, such as the stone walls and the historic arch in the bathroom of one of the rooms.

From tasting the best wines of Provence in authentic medieval castles, to excursions to centuries-old mines, there is no end to the activities available near the accommodation. You can also go cycling in the countryside, fish for trout and bass in the lake of Aillade, or visit the village food markets and craft workshops. The owners will be happy to advise you on the best experiences in the area.
