If you want to spend some time abroad with your friends and just enjoy life, here we have the perfect place for you.

The villa is located in Costitx, the middle of Mallorca island and offers a summer paradise for everyone. There are 4 bedrooms for the guests to rest. One of them is still on the main floor and it has twin beds, air-conditioning and a closet. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, two of them with twin beds, air-conditioning, and a closet as well as the last one although with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub and exit to a wonderful terrace with incomparable views to the greenery of the fields around. There are three more bathrooms, one downstairs with a shower and two upstairs, both with a tub. In order to complete the equipment, the house features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board as well as a baby cot and a high chair. 

With Can Madis you’ll find a place of peace and tranquillity. The outside area is wonderful, 14,000 m2 of land, a large pool of 6 x 12m, and a depth from 1.00 m to 1.80m, with a jacuzzi area. Among the trees also are 3 hanging cotton hammocks.

Costitx is a small village, but offers you everything you need, such as supermarkets or bars. Surrounded by nature and beaches you are very flexible by using the car. We recommend you to rent one at the airport of Palma de Mallorca, which is around 35km away from Costitx. The villa also has private parking. If you want to visit some Mallorquin cities nearby,  Sineu and Inca are always worth a visit. You’ll find a lot of restaurants and shops there and take part in cultural events. Playa de Muro and Playa can Picafort are nice beaches accessible by car and just 20km away. For nature lovers, there is the national park de s’Albufera and the Palma Aquarium also is just 23km away.
