Sa Rota d'Palerm Agroturismo

Take an 18th century stately home built on a hill overlooking a fertile valley, 28 hectares of fig trees, almond trees and carob trees, add a slice of careful restoration and the end result is the Sa Rota d’en Palerm - an ideal place for those looking to stay and relax in an untouched part of Mallorca.
The house itself and its annexes, which surround a well-kept courtyard with shrubs and olive trees, have been converted into five apartments and two double rooms, with obvious care and attention. Only local materials have been used and the style is one of authentic Mallorca, with many of the pieces being made or restored by the owner herself. Whatever the accommodation, which are more than comfortable and well equipped (apartments for example, all come with air conditioning, kitchen and private terrace) views of the mountains and surrounding countryside are wonderful.
Outside, the exterior gardens and terrace are a further open invitation to meditate and relax as is taking a dip in the lovely swimming pool, which comes with the added bonus of a solarium, and the beautiful views it also affords. Though located in the centre of Mallorca, some of the island’s best beaches are still with relatively easy reach, some 29 km away. The Sa Rota is only a 5 minutes-drive away from Sineu, which offers plenty of Restaurants for all kind of budgets and styles. Golf lovers have a number of courses nearby to choose from. They have newly installed a photovoltaic system for clean and green energy use.
