Inside, the living area is compact yet sophisticated. Carefully curated vintage pieces—a 1960s Luigi Massoni lamp, Bruno Rey dining chairs—bring layers of character A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating promise cosiness on cooler evenings.

Outside, a series of private terraces unfold: an al‑fresco dining zone, a quiet lounge niche and a secluded yoga deck However, the star is undoubtedly the natural plunge-pool—a former irrigation tank, now fed continuously by mountain spring water, unfiltered and beautifully elemental

The bedroom, set in a modest mezzanine, is snug beneath gently sloping rafters. Through the window, olive and citrus trees form a living tapestry. A minimalist bathroom with a rain shower completes the understated luxury.

From here, you can wander directly into cork‑oak forests and Portugal’s lush Algarve hills. Monchique village, with its thermal springs and craft workshops, lies a pleasant walk away. And though the beaches are still an easy 30–45 minute drive, here the quieter rhythms of nature prevail
